Hello Collins, where exactly is the green light showing? If its on the decoder, you should check your connection to the antenna, and if its on screen, restart and update your GOTV software

Hello Nancy, this could be as a result of power outage during update. To fix it, reboot your GOTV decoder and then update the software when the options pops out. You can also update it in the settings
